Peckham Park Pavilion
Rental

The Pavilion at Peckham Park can be
rented for private parties, events and functions. The
Pavilion has kitchen facilities, picnic tables and bathrooms. You may
rent the Pavilion one of three ways, see
below.
To reserve the use of the Pavilion, a field use application (form)
must be submitted prior to your event. The Park and Recreation
Commission meets on the first Tuesday of the month (schedule)
so you must get your application in prior to your event for the
commission to review. To reserve the pavilion, print out the field use
application, fill it out, attach check(s) with the proper amount made out
to: Middlefield Park and Recreation and either mail it in to the address
on the form, drop it off to the park and recreation office or give it to
First Selectman Secretary at the Town Hall. Once your application has
been approved you will be contacted and arrangements to open the
Pavilion will be made.
Please send a separate check for your security deposit, if your rental
requires one. It can either be destroyed or mailed back to you once the
Pavilion has been inspected.
Rental of the Pavilion is available in a 3 hour block, extra hours are
available. The park closes at dusk and no alcohol consumption is
allowed. Please take all of your trash out with you. Please check below
